CCT Mission & Vision
Mission
The Creation Care Team (CCT) at AUMC fosters awareness around critical environmental issues by providing information via a number of channels that explore how individuals can positively improve our ecological impact. We ALL have a large responsibility for taking care of the earth and it’s many living systems/beings.
Vision
Through communication, direct actions and worship we seek to be a community that identifies itself, and is identified by others as a “creation care congregation.” The CCT strives to address factors impacting climate change and our environment. We know this especially and disproportionately impacts disadvantaged persons.
We have a common working goal to accomplish our vision of achieving net-zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2030.
JOIN THE CONVERSATION
